i have acousin who wants to start shaving, but hes only 13 or 14. if he starts shaving now;

*what will be the difference?

* how long will it take for the hairs to grow thick?

*is it a wise move?

*what would be the overal effects?

I doubt either way it will have any effect in the long run....

I have heard before that hair grows faster the more you shave(I have no idea if it is true or not) so he might have a beard at 15!!!
