It's better to leave it alone. Sometimes babies are born with a hair called lanugo (or something like that) they usually lose it in the first few weeks of life. Also, it maybe genetic, and they will always have it.
Don't do anything that could hurt the baby looking for some cure.

I actually remember my Mum telling me that's normal when my cousin was born and that eventually it'll go away, but better check with the other answers, just to be sure.

you dont say how old baby is. my son was born with alot of hair on his face and arms.the doctor said it would come off in a couple of months and it did.it is like soft dawn.it eventually rubs off.hope this helps
