Aah, yes it does. Some of us actually studied the skin. I am a beauty therapist and when I am waxing other people's legs I can spot who is a shaver and who has been waxing for years.

In fact, I was a shaver for years and my leg hairs were thick and dark like a stubbly beard. I have been waxing for 2 years and my hair has returned to a light brow / blonde colour which is thin and soft. I used to shave every 2nd day and now I wax every 6 weeks.

The same applies for facial hair....DONT WAX IT! PLEASE!

HELL NO! that is just what people like to say dont believe it. U juss get so used to not seein hair there that when it grows back it only looks darker.

it wont make teh hair go blacker,but teh hair wil come back growin thicker and may look like it has gotr blacker.your best option is 2 use veet hair removel cream,or wax strips,but make sure they are for your face.good luck m8
