my clean and clear moisturizer expired and i still haven't used it all up. is it safe to keep using it or will i have to dispose of it like when fresh fruit or meat expires. thanks

depends on how long ago they have been expired. If it's not too long ago, the effectiveness will just decrease. But if it's too long ago, the smell and texture of the products are different, stop to use them right away.
If I were you, for the safe side, I will not use products which will be expired.
