Never heard of it causing facial hair growth although could imagine it could stunt it, like it can stunt growth in other areas such as height and errections.
It'll make you look older eventually yeah as your skin gets damaged (like spending too long in the sun) and the wrinkles start to show. Might have to wait quite a few years for that - usually around 40 - 50 region, but that's assuming you lived that long.
Does smoking increases facial hair or makes it grow faster... and does it make you look older?
