I've looked at other answers for this questions and I don't mind plucking. But about Waxing, i used it on my eyebrow and it made my skin dry there. should i risk using it on my lip?

Waxing wont make it come back as quick as plucking would..

Try using hard wax...doesn't stick to the face just the skin so there is much less irritation and dryness.

Excess hair as well as acne is a result of excess androgens (male hormones). You should talk to your doctor about going on birth control pills to fix this matter. Removing facial hair by waxing or other methods is simply a superficial and temporary fix for a much more serious problem.
